About Dr. Vasiliki Tzouvara
Licensed psychologist and academic at King’s College London, specialising in trauma-informed, evidence-based psychological care.
I am a licensed psychologist (Greece) practising online in Greek and English. I have extensive experience in trauma, post-traumatic stress, emotional wellbeing, and psychological recovery. Alongside my clinical work, I am an academic and researcher at King's College London, where I contribute to research, teaching, and the development of evidence-based psychological interventions.
My work is grounded in both clinical practice and research, allowing me to integrate the latest evidence with compassionate, trauma-informed care. I have particular expertise in trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, resilience, and psychological adjustment following challenging life experiences, and I also support families living with ADHD.
